When you gift securities you get a tax receipt for the full amount you donate and you eliminate the capital gains on the securities. This enables the donor to use the tax benefit to give more!

Canada Helps accepts securities from any country and the funds are converted to CAD when they are sent to Cortes Community Housing. You will always receive a Canadian tax receipt.
